We want you to love your Rockfish Wellies, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn boots in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your outdoor adventures are supported by the perfect fit and style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the clean, unworn wellies back into their original branded box and ensure the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
